What is the Workforce Oversight Report?
It’s a monthly report that provides a clear overview of how your organisation is performing against 12 key performance indicators across safety, staff unavailability, effectiveness and management of temporary staff.
It compares your values with RLDatix national benchmarks, so you can easily understand where your organisation is performing well, and where it’s challenged, on operational workforce issues.
We believe this report will help organisations improve their workforce operations by clearly showing what needs attention, and driving exec engagement.
After you receive your report, RLDatix will support you with best practice guidance and improvement sessions to address any areas for development.
